Bio

A native of Galesburg, Brandon Fox played baseball competitively at the high school, American Legion and college levels (Sandburg and Knox College). He attended Western Illinois University, where he earned a bachelor's in kinesiology/athletic training. To continue his health care education, Fox went on to Logan College of Chiropractic, where he earned his master's in sports science & rehabilitation as well as his doctor of chiropractic (DC) degree. Fox has held credentials through the NCSA as a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and through Kettlebell Athletics.

Prior to working at Sandburg, Fox worked at a private physical therapy outpatient clinic. His passion is teaching individuals to train safely and effectively to help them reach their goals through intelligent programming and nutrition. More information on Sandburg's approach to caring for our athletes can be found on the Sports Medicine page.

Fox resides in Galesburg with his wife, Kristin, and daughter, Rosalie. In his free time, Fox enjoys spending time with his family, attempting to lift heavy weights and pondering the meaning of life.
